Dutch great Johan Cruyff, who concluded his stint as the coach of Catalonia's regional selection by overseeing a 1-1 draw with Nigeria on Wednesday has hailed the visitors for their fighting spirit.

The 65-year-old Cruyff is revered in the northeastern region of Spain for his years as both a player and coach for Barcelona. He became Catalonia's coach in 2009.

'We played against a very strong Nigerian side.I have always known Nigeria to be a very physical and tactical side and I told my players before the game'',Cyruff was reported to have said at the post-match press conference by Eagles media officer,Ben Alaiya.
