The maiden edition of the Accra Nightlife Awards sponsored by rLG came off last Saturday. American Hip Hop act; Cassidy was scheduled for the event but he missed it. However Ghanaian acts such as Dance Hall artiste Jupiter, Chris Waddle, Swagg Society, RNM, FimFim, Cartoon and R2Bees entertained the patrons.

In the awards departments, Reggie Rockstone’s Grand Papazz and Rockstone’s Office picked most of the awards on the night. Event Factory, the brain behind the Sarkodie – Rapperholic Concerts in Ghana picked the Best Concert awards.

Host of Drive Time on Joy FM, Bola Ray was adjudged as the Best Event MC whiles his outfit Empire Entertainment’s annual event Ghana Meets Naija picked the Best Annual Event.
